Sips in the City launched as a pilot in St. Catharines in October 2025. The pilot proved there is demand for a fun, easy way to discover local wine spots, events, and experiences in one place. Next, we’re expanding the concept across Niagara with more winery features, seasonal challenges, and partner perks.
What is Sips in the City?
Sips in the City is a year-round discovery guide built on an interactive map. It highlights wineries, restaurants with strong wine programs, festivals, and local experiences worth planning around. Some listings are community highlights, and some include special offers or perks when available.
Sips in the City: Niagara Video Series
This short-form series started as Taste Niagara with Marisa and is now part of Sips in the City. Each episode is 45 to 60 seconds featuring a quick winery visit, a tasting, and a story from the people behind the wine. The goal is to spotlight Niagara, support tourism, and help people discover where to go next.
