At Pour Choices, all ticket sales are final, and refunds are not permitted. However, we understand that plans can change, so we offer the option to transfer your ticket to another event or to a different guest.

Pour Choices Ticket Transfer Policy

How to Transfer Your Ticket:

1. Submit a Transfer Request: Please email us at [contact email] at least 48 hours before the event to request a transfer. Include your full name, the event you're unable to attend, and the details of the event or person you’d like the ticket transferred to.
2. Choose Your Transfer Option:
   • Transfer to Another Event: You may transfer your ticket to an upcoming Pour Choices event of equal or lesser value.
   • Transfer to Another Person: If you can't attend, you can transfer your ticket to someone else by providing their full name and contact details.
3. Confirmation:
   Once your transfer request is received and processed, we will send you a confirmation via email.
