Hello everyone, Jaby here, your resident Sommelier over at Pour Choices. Today, I'm going to be sharing some tips on how to pair some great wines with some hearty fall seasonal foods. Cheers! Alright gang, let's start with whites. Even though late summer picnics go great with a crispy autumn pinot gris, you can use it in fall as well. Pair it up with some roasted vegetables or a hearty seasonal salad. And let's not forget about the Reds. We're popping over to France and visiting our buddies over in the road. A lovely shriaz goes great with a charcuterie board or even some cozy grilled meats. Trust me, it's a crowd pleaser. Hey y'all, let's not forget about dessert and delightful baked goods. You can always pay yourself a very beautiful off dry Niagara on the lake. The late harvest is what I usually go for. It goes great with those apple, pumpkin, cinnamon treats we all enjoy.
